In this combination of techniques, the difficulty was to animate with children. By combining animation recording and live recording on 12fps with the same camera we were able to control the movements. The top shot is brought back to a motion over 1 axis. In order to make puppets and objects move the way you want,

good rigging is very important either in the form of a simple ball-socket construction or in a rail system.
